Cornerstone Playhouse’s JonPaul Rainville, Winterhawk Vineyards and along with George Karos present an evening of cabaret, fine food and wine, raffles and most importantly for your chance to see what’s new in South County and what plans we have for the future! Tickets are 15.00 and all will be donated to the Courthouse to help support the free programming offered here. We agree with The Courthouse that exposure and learning through the arts is essential to enhancing and enriching the lives of children. Training and participation are extremely important for all ages and needs to start at a young age in order to increase cognitive learning skills for other areas of life.  The Courthouse’s goal, to offer free arts programs to children is admirable and certainly, deserves as much support as we can garner from our community. The Cornerstone has reinvented itself as a non-profit, we will serve as a production company for artists and other nonprofits in our community looking to bring their work to the stage and foster a dialogue between artists and their audiences. Please come support our efforts to reawaken Cornerstone Playhouse Productions and support the fine work of the Courthouse.

THEY ARE BACK…. THEY ARE EXCITED….. THEY ARE READY ….. and  THEY ARE  FANTABULOUS !

The Courthouse is proud to present our sponsors for the evening:

Winterhawk Vineyard.

Winterhawk is the newest winemaker in New England and they are ready to premiere their delectable tastings.

Located in scenic west Kingston, Yahoo Pond is the home of this new and innovative vineyard.

Applying innovative and cutting-edge technology to old world styles of wine making, this beautiful vineyard hosts tastings in an eclectic green house with local musicians entertaining.  The locals have embraced the ambiance of the vineyard with the enjoyment of multiple tastings. Successful, thus far, has had the owners, Rick and Athena Dyer busy building a state of the art, 17th Century winery on the property. Excited about the growth, we are happy to announce they are providing tastings at our Kick Start Cabaret Party. These fine tastings is served after the show and we are sure you will love this wine.

Truly gourmet food will be prepared by George Karos, sous chef at the Mattapoisett Country Club. Growing up in a Greek family, food has always been a large part of George’s life. His appreciation for food and its cultivation came from family trips to the archipelago of Fourni, Greece, where his mother was raised. Seeing the process of raising, cultivating, and foraging for food from a young age inspires him to live self-sustainably. Coming from a family of fishermen and farmers, fresh, simple and love-for-food are paramount in George’s cooking. Your taste buds will be rejoicing!

They are kind supporters of The Courthouse and we are proud to present their newest wines and their fabulous food at our theater coming out party.
