Ocean State Community Seafood (OSCS) is an Organization that is fostering relationships with Rhode Island Seafood, the local fisherman that bring it to shore and the community that loves to eat it!
OSCS is introducing seafood and fish that the community doesn’t see at the markets. Local chefs have delicious recipes and dishes that you’ll adore.

Come educate yourself on the fishes you didn’t know existed but will tickle your tongue and make you want more.
