Bring a friend, make new friends, and have fun while getting fit! EZ 2 B FIT is a welcoming exercise class designed for those who are beginning or returning to fitness. Hosted by Lu-Anne Cox, these sessions blend elements of Ballet, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Qi Gong, Strength Training, and Stretching into an easygoing, non-gym-like environment.
You’ll use chairs and stretch bands for support, and adaptations are available to fit all fitness levels. You are welcome to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you wish. Learn simple moves you can practice at home for free—and take steps toward a more heart-healthy lifestyle!
