DESCRIPTION:Step into the ’67 Summer of Love and slip into the Soul Kitchen heat\, then go California Dreamin’ as Aquarius spins a kaleidoscope of ’60s hits where you Hang On Sloopy and strut in These Boots Are Made for Walkin’ before riding All Along the Watchtower. Vintage tones\, tight harmonies\, and era-correct arrangements bring garage-rock grit and psychedelic shimmer to life. \nHudson Valley–based Aquarius is a six-piece 1960s cover band featuring powerhouse lead vocalist and harmonica player Dana Page and classically trained keyboardist Dunja Von Stoddard. On rhythm guitar\, Karen Tobias brings a unique musical journey from classical violin and piano to the driving pulse of rock. Josh Whitmer\, a Berklee College of Music and Full Sail University graduate\, commands lead guitar with over 35 years of experience Holding down the low end is Will Willsey\, a self-taught bassist since age 12. On drums\, Tobias Ralph brings world-class skill and expressive power\, having toured with artists including Nena\, Chaka Khan\, and Duncan Sheik. A Berklee College of Music alum and Buddy Rich Memorial Scholarship recipient\, his playing anchors Aquarius with the drive and spirit that defined the ’60s sound. \nBuy Tickets \nAll ages welcome.
