COURTHOUSE CENTER FOR THE ARTS: RULES & REGULATIONS
Welcome to the Courthouse Center for the Arts! Our dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable experience at our events. We expect all attendees to maintain responsible behavior for themselves and their guests, including those holding their tickets. Failure to comply with our policies may lead to removal from the event, potential legal action, and/or forfeiture of ticket privileges for future shows.
Please adhere to the following guidelines when joining us for an event:
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
For the safety and enjoyment of all, we do not allow firearms, knives, laptops, cameras, briefcases, or suitcases within the theater premises. Please note, we cannot store or safeguard any items removed due to these restrictions. We reserve the right to search your bags if deemed necessary.
AGE GUIDELINES:
Our events are generally suitable for all ages unless otherwise specified on our website. We advise parents to exercise judgment regarding the suitability of events for their children.
CELL PHONES & ELECTRONIC DEVICES:
To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all, we kindly request that patrons silence their cell phones and refrain from using electronic devices during performances. Should you need to make a call, please step into our lobby.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS:
Our venue offers a selection of refreshments at the bar before and during events. We do not permit outside food or beverages inside the theater. We reserve the right to search your bags if deemed necessary.
CAMERAS & RECORDING:
We strictly prohibit audio and visual recording during our events. Violators will be asked to leave the premises.
DANCING:
Feel free to express yourself through dance in the aisles or on either side of the stage, but please refrain from dancing in front of the stage and blocking other audience members views to comply with fire safety regulations.
SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking, including the use of vaping devices and e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the theater.
LOST & FOUND:
Please report any lost or found items to our Box Office.
TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Every attendee must possess a valid ticket.
- To comply with fire safety regulations, we cannot exceed theater capacity. This rule applies to everyone, including infants and children.
- The Courthouse Center for the Arts staff has the authority to deny entry or remove individuals from the premises if deemed necessary.
- Event schedules and featured artists are subject to change.
- Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
